An experiential, certificated 2 day workshop where the main focus is self-healing. Reiki 2 is for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Reiki, and is the level whereby you start channelling energy to others, including plants, animals and situations. Here, you are also taught how to send distant healing. It is also useful for those who do not wish to become practitioners as it enables you to send Reiki to the past to heal any issues, which are still affecting you, or to the future to help you deal with difficult circumstances.
A minimum time lapse of 3 months is recommended between Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 in order for you to consolidate what you have learnt. However this is not a hard and fast rule and if you wish to do it sooner please contact Sarah to discuss your requirements.
This is a 1-day experiential, certificated workshop with 2 case studies to be completed within 3 months of the course for those wishing to be practitioners.
