What is Reyad Sekh Em?
Developed by Joanna Bristow-Watkins, Reyad Sekh Em is an ultra high vibrational
Egyptian energy healing system: a unique combination of the elemental healing rays
(of earth, fire, water, air and spirit) and ancient Egyptian philosophies with the
use of colour breathing, sound vibration, crystalline and angelic healing energies.
We live in a multi-dimensional reality and many of us, consciously or unconsciously,
shift in and out of various dimensions all the time. These other dimensions co-exist
in the same physical 'space' as ours. The separation between these different
dimensions is quite simply vibration: with each dimension operating and existing at a
different vibratory rate. Energy healing systems such as Reiki and Reyad Sekh Em
allow access to these higher dimensions so that the healing recipient can be
spiritually boosted and nurtured towards a healthier balance and vitality.
More experienced healers can access even higher dimensions.
REYAD SEKH EM evolved from Tera Mai™ Reiki and Seichem, a system originally devised by
Kathleen Milner. The spelling of Seichem, Sekh Em, SKHM is purely arbitrary, the Sekh
Em spelling best indicating the way this healing art should be pronounced. Sekh Em
is listed in Middle Egyptian dictionaries as 'make complete' or 'power'. Se Khem -
another alternative spelling - would mean 'born of Khemit'. The Ancient Egyptians
called their land Khemit (viewing themselves as Khemitians), so this means 'born
in Egypt'.
Having studied Tera-Mai™ Seichem, Joanna found the healing system to be very effective,
but was disappointed by the lack of reference to Egypt in the course notes and the
fact that the symbols used in the initiations were not Egyptian in origin or style.
In March 2003, on Joanna's third sacred site tour of Egypt, synchronicity led her to
Hakim Awayan, a tribal elder living close to the Sphinx, who was the latest in a
long line of oral tradition wisdom keepers. Following eight separate visits to
Egypt, considerable research, channelling and lengthy discussions with Hakim,
Joanna developed Reyad Sekh Em with an authentic Khemitian (ancient Egyptian)
approach.
The Khemitians believed that we all have the capacity for 360 senses, rather than the
five senses that we acknowledge. These other senses are re-awakened by self-empowerment
activities including positive intent, meditation, healing energies, attunements and by
pilgrimages to key sacred sites. All of these activities raise our vibratory rate
and therefore act as triggers for clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience and
much more that cannot be readily identified by current levels of understanding.
These senses can also be empowered by the elements.
The Egyptian five-pointed star represented the five elements of Earth, Water, Fire,
Air and Ether. Reyad means 'Elemental', like a little piece of Heaven - the source of
the Cosmic Spirit - also known as Chi or Prana. The five-pointed star also represented
the five stages of the sun during the day and the five stages of life: Dawn known as Kheper
(the scarab), high noon known as Ra (the ram), the afternoon sun was Oon (the wise), full
afternoon sun Aten (the wiser) and finally at dusk Amen (the hidden or veil).
Reyad Sekh Em sessions have profound results on physical, mental and emotional issues.
Energy blocks are regularly removed (including entities if appropriate) and sometimes past
life issues - often mirrored in this lifetime - come up and can be addressed. It is an
ultra high vibrational healing system; it is a catalyst for those who are ready to move
forward on their spiritual path as well as being prepared to make changes in their life
for the Highest Good.
What is a Reyad Sekh Em session like?
Each therapist will have their own way of working, but a typical session might include....
The client will usually lie on a therapy couch. There is no manipulation involved and you
remain fully clothed. Some therapists my tape the session for you.
The format of a session varies slightly but generally begins at the head and works
along the body to the feet, scanning and adjusting energies, which may feel similar to
a Reiki-type healing session.
Part of this process may induce past life recall. You may experience the same and/or
different past lives or have no recollection of this process. There may be an interaction
with the past life and energetic blocks relating to them are removed if appropriate.
The treatment will often include a negative energy drain on part or all of the body.
It is not really negative energy being removed, just heavy stale energy, which is in the
wrong place. We offer a portal to return this energy to its own dimension. Generally,
this energy drain system will also release any entities provided the host is ready to let go!
Any etheric devices discovered may be removed before or after this drain as appropriate.
The session may also include the use of sound and etheric crystal breathing.
Some therapists offer distant healing as well.
What are the benefits of Reyad Sekh Em?
A basic healing session will rebalance the chakras (energy centres) and remove
energy blocks, which may have caused localised discomfort, or even a general awareness
that life has become 'stuck' in some way; either physically, spiritually
or emotionally. Reyad Sekh Em is a good tool for helping an individual to move on
in life.
The system also includes a very versatile 'Negative Energy Drain' where heavy dense energy
can be released. This technique, which is somewhat Shamanic in style, seems to help
tackle anything from chronic aches and pains, to physical/mental/energetic disorders
such as arthritis, ME, clinical depression or even fertility problems or serious cancers.
Children with learning difficulties such as autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD have
also responded favourably. However, diet and other factors must not be overlooked.
Popular with practising healers and others with developed spiritual awareness, some therapists
can scan the energy body for etheric devices and other energetic blocks. Detection and removal
of these opens up a higher level meridian system enabling the healee to raise their cellular vibration more
effectively.
